All content, features, and functionality of LiveLife, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of LiveLife and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
